Go Digital with Your Receipts

Do you always have this problem?........... At the end of the year, you have anxiety wondering if you kept up with all your business receipts?

Then you are beyond frustrated because you know you forgot about something. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ve been there and done that before. Now let me show you some options I use to get and stay organized.

✅ Email Receipts - - > instead of the vendor printing the receipt at checkout use the email receipt options. Then in your email platform create a folder for your receipts. For example “2020 Receipts”. Then you can move them from your inbox to that receipts folder. You can email the entire folder to your bookkeeper (me 🙋🏽‍♀️) to record all of your business expenses.

✅ Snap Shot - - > If you use QuickBooks Online it has a feature for you to take a photo of your printed receipt. Then you can tell QuickBooks what kind of expense it is, which bank account it will be deducted from, and if it’s a Billable Expense for a client project.

If you haven’t tracked your business income nor expenses all year click HERE to schedule an appointment, so we can get you on track before #2020taxseason begins.
